Our pre-order option allows you to reserve items before they are officially released. Pre-order items have an estimated shipping time frame indicated on the product page, typically up to 2 months. Your order will be shipped as soon as the product becomes available.

At Punks Not Dead, we take pride in offering unique, custom-made products tailored to your preferences. Each item is meticulously printed and crafted to order, ensuring that it meets your specific requirements and desires.
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we regret to inform you that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than manufacturing defects or errors on our part (e.g., incorrect size, print defects).
Please note the following terms regarding our no return policy:
A. Custom-Made Items: All of our products are custom-made per order, ensuring that each item is unique to you. This means that once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
B. Manufacturing Defects: In the rare event that you receive an item with a manufacturing defect (e.g., print errors, faulty stitching), please contact us immediately upon receiving the product. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by providing a replacement item or issuing a refund.
C. Errors on Our Part: If we have shipped the wrong size or design due to an error on our part, please notify us within 3 Weeks of receiving the item. We will rectify the mistake by sending you the correct item or providing a refund, depending on your preference.
D. Exceptions: Our no return policy does not apply to items damaged during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We will assist you in any way we can to ensure a satisfactory resolution.

If your order has not been placed into production or already shipped we can cancel your order with a 15% Charge of processing fee.
